These enhancements are built to streamline your daily workflow, deepen client relationships, and help you stay on top of every client's progress — showing them you care about them as people and that you're invested in holding them accountable to the goals they've set for themselves.
Your New Central Hub: The Advisor Landing Page
Imagine starting your day with all the critical client information you need right at your fingertips. That's exactly what the new Advisor Landing Page delivers. Designed with the advisor workflow in mind, as soon as you log in you're greeted with a comprehensive overview of your practice.
Recently Viewed Clients shows a list of clients you've interacted with in the last 90 days, so you can quickly pick up where you left off. Client Outstanding Surveys lets you prioritise follow-ups by seeing which clients haven't started or completed their surveys. Overdue and Upcoming Actions gives you a clear view of what's overdue and what's coming up in the next 30 days. Client Engagement at a Glance shows which clients have been active on the platform and what actions they've taken. And our Items to Think About section proactively highlights clients who may need attention — such as those due for a life survey or a values update.
For practice managers, this dashboard is a powerful tool for informed team discussions and strategic planning. Support staff can also leverage this information to efficiently assist advisors and ensure no task falls through the cracks.
Global Search: Your Key to Seamless Client Navigation
In the midst of a busy day, you need to access client information quickly. Our new Global Search feature makes that easier than ever.
The search bar is always available in the top navigation no matter where you are in Lumiant. You can choose to search within your client base or across your entire practice (with appropriate permissions), and auto-suggested results start appearing after just three characters. A single click takes you directly to a client's household profile — less time navigating menus, more time focused on what truly matters.
Enhanced Client Profiles: A Deeper Understanding at a Glance
Once you've navigated to a client's profile, you'll notice significant enhancements that provide a more comprehensive view without the need to navigate through multiple screens.
The Household Overview gives you essential information at a glance — address, familial relationships, time with your firm, wellbeing score, and number of goals. The Goals Summary keeps you across each client's progress with an overview of completed, upcoming, and overdue goals. Individual Member Summaries provide detailed information for each household member, including contact details, notes, and survey completion status. And Account Management lets you easily handle account details, registration status, and client invitations all from one place.
Streamlined Planning and Follow-Ups
We've also improved the survey management process to help you stay proactive. You can now send multiple surveys at once — either via email or by copying invite links — and monitor the status of each survey from sent through to completion. Quickly identifying clients who haven't completed surveys and sending nudges helps ensure higher completion rates across your practice.
